Polish citizens call the Central European country of Poland by which name?

How ironic I get this question while watching the news of the war and the number of people fleeing to Poland. I have a Polish friend whom I messaged this morning asking how she's doing. She's getting scared and asked if America knows all that's happening. I told her we know and we thank Poland for their kind hospitality and our prayers are with EVERYONE!
