Actually, it was our government who secretly helped Castro get installed in Cuba, we felt we could "control" him better; when we found out we couldn't we wanted to remove him !! Our government has had its little hands in lots of evil things !! Then we have the audacity to wonder why other countries loathe us !! Why 🤔🤔 wonder ????? We also had a legally elected President in Iran removed and the Shah installed in his place !! We're the ones that caused the Ayatollah business !!

If other countries loathe us so much, why do people keep moving here!

This is the truth of the Kennedy administration: huge intelligence failures in Cuba, no legislative legacy, the success of the Cuban Missle Crisis, and the escalation of military that marks the beginning of the Vietnam War. It's important not to idealize someone because they died.

Clearly it was a complete waste of time and money, as Fidel Castro was leader of Cuba until Castro died I think last year ( 2020) aged about 88/89 I think. So from 1959 until about 2020 61years . In 61 years they could not get rid of Castro.
