The Britannia (national personification of Britain) has appeared on which British coin since February 2015?

Why is "pound" not plural? My bill would come to "two pounds" but we say "two pound coin" Same with the notes.

I don’t recall this . It is certainly not in common usage so it may have been a short run special minting
