The novel and film titled 'City of Joy' is about life in which city?

I ❤️ed Patrick Swayze! So sad how he passed away. And as usual the media had to take pictures of him when he was so ill. Anything for a story! R.I.P.

As usual, the book is better than the movie. But in this case, imho, the book is much better. If you liked the movie, you will probably love the book.
