In which American city was the game show "Cash Cab" filmed in for its first 5 years?

Cash Cab is now in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

I know this is a more personal comment, but here it is anyway... My cousin (she was 23 years older than I) & I used to watch cash cab & she would always say that I would be good on this show. We lost my cousin several years back & it is hard for me to watch the show, but I do it in honor of her. RIP "Horrotious" Jude
