Which vitamin is good for eyes?

Tom, I have macular degeneration and have had near 50 injections into my eyeball . Sounds awful but what is the alternative? So far four different drugs used . The best advice is lots of red and green vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, kale , spinach . But nobody wants that advice at the point at which it would make a difference. No young person is thinking about AGE-RELATED MACULAR DEGENERATION. And if by any chance they ever do, well that stuff happens to someone! Well , to 9billion people in the world YOU are someone else ! Look after your eyes!.
