Due to having sleep apnea I don’t dream, this causes me to stop breathing for the equivalent of 3 breaths 20 times an hour and because of that I don’t go into the deep sleep which is when you dream

Stu, l kept having dreams of driving off a cliff. I asked myself why do I keep having the same dream over and over again? I answered myself maybe l’m depressed. That’s when I stopped having the dream.
