A stent is a tube put into vessels usually leading to which organ?

I had a heart attack in Oct 2024 & had a stent put in my left artery.

A Stent is also put in the brain in the cartiroid artery - I have one due to a brain anyrism !

I have 3 of them . They work well .

renal stents are not uncommon so kidney really shouldn't be there
