What animal can run on water?

Wow! They are quite amazing and versatile creatures. I would love to see one skating across a pool of water.

We have lizards that can also do the same thing in Australia.

That makes me sad knowing many are not cared for properly. You should not get a pet, no matter how cheap it is, unless you can afford to properly care for it, including vet bills.

I would think this would NOT make a good pet based on the range of area it needs to roam and to be near a large body of water to scamper about.
