PerkyLin, my husband also went to Vietnam had PTSD he died 2 years ago we were together almost 39 years it's hard for men that care to go to war he arrived in Vietnam on his 18th birthday go figure I met him on my 20th birthday makes me wonder sometimes

Ducky, you got it! I read everybody else's comments, but you put two and two together two atomic bombs two Japanese cities bombed. a horrible thing to happen to anybody. I never could figure out why they'd bomb one and two was a overkill!

Jackie , My husband also. He was sent to Viet Nam as a minor teen who had to get his parents to sign to get signed up. They sent him to the war immediately after training. Served there for many years. After his discharge, he couldn't deal with it. PTSD broke him. Got treatment later in life, but no cure.

Player #1443092, my brother was in Vietnam in the Marines. Americans did some horrific things to the Vietnamese. after hearing his stories I can understand why Americans were angry with them when they came home. he was in counseling for years because it messed him up so bad.

Dinkie Dow people right now are trying to tear the U.S.A. apart get rid of our history but you have to read history it will repeat itself. This has a lot of history good and bad.
