SkyEagle, You may not see it, but it's no doubt happening under the skin. It is rather odd though. Since our earliest ancestors came from Africa they must have had dark skin. So the blush response must have evolved later?

There are many reasons people blush so don't assume the reason.

Blushing is not the reddening of just any person's face! There is nowhere on this planet that you'll see a black person's face turn red.

Blushing appears on the face when you get embarassed, or you are shy with something you are about to do. Sonmetimes, also when you like somebody, blushes appear on your face.
