Too bad that we didn't hear about him in history class.

Gee Gambino, it should just be called history. this is the only country in the world that seperates things by race. (i.e. if you live in england you are british, italy you're italian and so forth). history books should tell it all...the good the bad and the ugly. Don't you agree?

Gee Gambino
one cannot speak of American History without including the intricate part... Black history

2smrt
This is why we need REAL American history taught in our schools. Not once a year black history but just history of Americans. Who helped build this country. I heard about him once but only cuz of a Lone Ranger background story.

Angel Smith,
As a white man ,I’d like to think of him as a great American man.

Chanelly Smeby Sharen, History has to be a written record, similarly like the holy bible, In his lifetime not very many Black people were literate, so it is only in the past 30 years that people of all color are writing the history of the USA, especially the genocide done to us Native Aboriginals as well as the incarcerated Japanese US citizens during WWII, some if my ancestors had rotten potatoes thrown at them when they got off the ships , but this human behavior has existed for as long as man has walked the earth

Youlona
Addam , Funny, I think I’m gonna watch that movie tonight

Toni
This is my first time reading about him didn’t know he existed, but as usual white people take things and make it their own so if the long range was based on him, you see what they did. They made the long range white and a sidekick a Indian they have forever changed history with nothing but a bunch of lies a lot of them.

Sluggo
flowercat0523, in Florida if it were to be entered in educational literature they would ban the books as being "Woke" conspiracy

Addam
Ronster,
I do believe that you meant the harder they fall blazing saddles was a comedy parody or a spoof about western movies that was written by Mel Brooks and Richard Pryor apparently Richard wrote the parts for the white actors and Mel wrote the parts for the black actors
