I devoured all his SF books as they came out when I was growing up until I had read them all... I was impatient for a new one, so aged 13 I wrote to his publishers in America asking when a new book by Mr. Asimov would be published. Imagine my surprised delight when a postcard from Mr. Asimov himself arrived to tell me his new book would be out soon and to thank me for my enthusiasm! Yes a great man... who invented the Laws of Robotics in the realm of fiction and they are actually used today in real life in the development of A. I.

One of my favorites. Did not believe that science and religion has to be separated. Actually wrote a commentary on the Bible. A scientist! Imagine that!

My grandfather introduced me to Assimov, Zane Grey, and Edgar Rice Burroughs. I firmly believe I am a more open minded and forward thinking person because of their influence.

A lot of people don't know this but, he was actually sent back from the future to help us redefine the direction in which artificial intelligence was to grow. if he did not do this cyberdyne systems would become self-aware which would lead to the termination of humans as a species. Thank god these three laws of robotics

Dr Elton Wong Longsc, actually, he WILL be sent back from our future to our past, when he was sent back even while having been going to be sent back, before he presumably returned to our future to which he will return and then will have returned.
