Which individual revealed Richard Nixon's enemies list during the US Senate Watergate Committee Hearings?

So what purpose did the enemies campaign serve? We’re their houses toilet papered, their newspapers thrown into the bushes? I’d like to know a lot more about the purpose of that list.
