Last fall, a large bull moose swam from New York all the way across Lake Champlain to Vermont where the tourists stood around taking photos of it, so it was afraid to come ashore... and the jerks continued to follow it along the shore with their cell phones out, while the poor thing was so exhausted he drowned. I'm still so upset about that incident!
If you see something in the wild, please don't stop it from going on its way to get a photo!

Deer, Antelope, Elk, Moose are all so very tasty! Each have their own texture & taste. Even where & what they eat affects the taste of the meat. For example: Deer that are from the flatlands, the prairie/plains, the more grain grazers taste so much better than Deer that are from the hills, the mountains, the more pine needle grazers. The pine can be tasted in the meat. We prefer the plains meats, but to each their own.
