If a dish is described as "à la florentine", which vegetable is found in it?

All the dishes sound delicious,the fish poached in butter and the spinach in cream sauce sounds appertizing. Someday i'll try these recipes. i would order that from a restaurant anytime.

A la sounds like lettuce sort of so I would go to the next vegetable that’s green on the multiple choice and to me it was spanich! I thought of Popeye haha!
