We've been keeping bees for 4 years in a flow hive. We got an amazing amount of honey last year (it takes a few years from scratch). Each frame had a different color and taste. All of it delicious! We thank our girls often. 🙂

It may be the only food that will not spoil. I have read articles saying that edible honey was found in Egyptian pyramids. it also promotes healing and resists inflammation and infection in wounds. Just don't feed it to anyone under 1 year old.
