I sometimes use all caps for my cousin who has a hard time seeing.

Some comments in this app are all caps. I find it annoying.

typing in capital is Capslock clearly no the correct answer is "Typing capz is stern pointing out and component in one whom expressing " ps. it's not shouting someone believes they have it right
