Diners are GREAT ! Whether in jeans, for an anytime meal, or a tux (or evening gown) for a late-night AFTER-party coffee and pie - or breakfast! Sadly, they're slowly going away. They used to be EVERYWHERE!

We have one in Wilkinsburg PA. For 70 years it was Scotty's Diner. About 5 years ago the name changed to Pepi's. Daddy told us it really was originally a RR car but there's too much chrome. Anytime Mother and Gran weren't home for dinner, Daddy took us there.

I lived i NJ for awhile and on Rt.17 around Paramus there was one of the Old Style "Stainless Steel" diners Out of this WORLD! Great food,Quick service. I wonder if it's still there?😎
