Mankind is responsible for the evils that befall it. Seriously inaccurate

KittyA9, I agree the answer is wrong. It’s the Israelites abandonment of the God that saved them from Egypt. They did this several times, but each time after they repented, God saved them.

Giggle Pig, Yes, God is very patient with us humans. For why read 2 Peter 3:9. He doesn't wish anyone to be Destroyed, rather He wishes all to attain Repentance and be saved.

CyanJaguar62, The Ark was a boat Noah built. The Ark of the Covenant was a sort of box that was built to house the holy tablets of their covenant (agreement, pact) with God.

I thought Noah built the ark because the sinners had taken over the earth. Ok the ark didn't kill them but it's still confusing to have that as an option.

Seems like it had no real power since it was lost and those who stole it suffered no great calamity. Superstitions and irrational beliefs keep us locked in the Stone Age.

This answer is incorrect. The Adversary to the Creator is who is responsible.
