As of 2024, which constitutional amendment underwent the longest ratification process in American history?

Tanya, the entire government is broken and needs fixed, but who will do it? They certainly aren't going to limit themselves in any way. But, more importantly, they don't care about the country or it's citizens anymore, just about themselves and whichever big PACs or corporations or lobbies are paying them.

The congress is the highest paid, yet they work the least of the branches of our government! We must fix this ASAP.
