Such a wonderful show. Angela Lansbury is a terrific actress. She played Jessica Fletcher with such character and grace! After the series ended there were four Murder She Wrote TV movies that were wonderful. I watch it every night on Hallmark Mysteries and Movies. :)

I loved Angela in Murder She Wrote, but one of the most exciting nights of my life was seeing her live in the Mrs. Lovett character in the musical Sweeney Todd. She was fabulous!!!!!

my friend and I have a running joke that Jessica was really the murderer in every episode and the trick was to frame someone else and get away with it, there was more than a few episodes where she was a suspect and arrested but always managed to weasel her way out.
