Among which religious group do some practice 'Tatbir' in their religion?

I'm a Qizilbash, and I challenge that you can't produce even one credible source that says this practice was established by the Qizilbash. Most none of the people who practice tatbir today (whether in Iraq or in the Subcontinent) are Qizilbash, and most none of the Qizilbash who still inhabit their ancestral lands—Northwestern Iran, Azerbaijan, and Southeastern Turkey—practice it.
